Post Christmas Exchanges and Returns

If you wish to exchange or return your item you have until 15th January. Please follow the instructions on the Exchanges and Returns form you will have received with your order. If you no longer have this you can complete your own providing the information found here.

Returns should be sent to Ruby Vestey, Marmaduke London, 109A Coningham Road, London, W12 8BU.

Please note our office will be closed from 24th December until 2nd January, so we will not be able to receive your calls and emails between Christmas and New Year.

Your exchange/refund will be processed between 2nd January and 20th January, and may take up to three weeks.

Please note the deadline for exchanges/returns is 15th January, and we will not process any exchanges/refunds after this point.
